xvarog (from Slavic: Svarog, god of metalsmithing) is a Ukrainian jeweller completing her apprenticeship at the world's first jewellery school, founded in Pforzheim in 1768.

The focus of her work is combining different materials, such as metals, wood, minerals, leather, and ethically sourced animal elements, into wearable pieces.

The philosophy of xvarog is a conscious return to pre-industrial craft, to the way jewellery was made when time and skill were woven into each piece. Every decision is intentional, every change takes time. It is the belief that the value of a piece lives in the hours and hands it took to make it.

All animal materials are ethically sourced and treated with care to give them a second life. Only one of a kind pieces, entirely handmade by one person.
